The transition from concept to reality is always a challenge, even more so when a new steering group is in it’s infancy and trying to find it’s feet; when you add the Christmas/New Year break and lack of certainty around funding into the mix you have a serious risk of nothing happening at all!
Call it sheer grit, stubbornness or making sure the core team continue to share the vision, Ballarat CoLab looks to become a reality; within a few weeks it seems that ‘all the planets have aligned’ and a great deal of momentum has once again appeared to support the initiative.
